Compassionate & nurturing support through the sacred thresholds of birth, death and life transitions.

Creating Spaces for rites-of-passage at the sacred thresholds of birth, death, Grief and Life Transitions, is my soul’s path. The time of constricted, tightly held cultures that deny expressions of love, life, femininity and loss are ending. Oppression and patriarchal ways are disappearing as the old world systems no longer stand.

We can now allow all that it means to be human to be acknowledged and to come out of the shadows to be seen, heard, felt, experienced openly and respected for all that that life’s trials and tribulations bring. As this movement grows, I believe it to be the beginning of peace in our time.

A new time where there is finally a balance between the masculine and feminine and mother earth and all that dwell within her is respected once again. This is the deep soul work of our time and along with nature’s helpful plant spirits, remedies, rituals and ceremonies, it is the much-needed medicine of remembering we are seeking.

How I work

Aromatherapy, the use of highly volatile, organic essential oils extracted from plants through a variety of processes such as steam distillation and cold expression has played a significant role in physical, emotional and spiritual healing practices since ancient times. This is because aromatic plants promote a sense of relaxation and grounding while strengthening the immune system and relieving a wide variety of symptoms to promote a sense of wellbeing in body, mind and spirit.

It can be used alongside conventional medicine or on its own, the oils are safe to use with knowledge and practice and can be used by the whole family. Combining Aromatherapy with other healing practices and therapies can be very beneficial and have a powerful effect. I use Aromatherapy alongside a wide range of Complementary Therapies to enrich and deepen the therapeutic experience for my clients.

Yoga

Yoga by its nature is a way of life that allows us to transform ourselves.

“Meeting people where they’re at and treating them like human beings and not trying to change them, actually opens up the possibility of transformation for them”
